Agilus is recruiting for a Site HSE Advisor in the Oil and Gas industry in Grande Prairie, Alberta.Join a major industrial project in Grande Prairie as a Site HSE Advisor, supporting safe field execution, contractor compliance, and hands on site oversight. Work in a dynamic environment where your expertise keeps crews safe and operations running efficiently.Total rewards:Earn $65–67/hr on T4; Option to work as an incorporated contractor at ~$80/hr8 days on, 6 days off rotation12 hour shifts on an active project siteWork closely with an engaged site leadership teamOpportunity for project extension past July 2026Build solid field experience on a high profile industrial projectResponsibilities:Conduct site-specific safety orientations and maintain accurate onboarding recordsVerify and track safety certifications and worker competenciesMaintain EHS plans, corrective action registers, MERP/ERP, and SDS systemsLead or support lift plans, fall protection plans, and confined space processesPerform routine inspections,



observations, vehicle/equipment spot checks, and security toursManage gas detection equipment, radios, and site entry systemsSupport incident notifications, investigations, and contractor managementParticipate in EHS meetings, document minutes, and support administrative complianceRequirements:Bring proven experience in field-based EHS rolesHold relevant safety certifications and trainingDemonstrate strong knowledge of industrial safety programs and high risk workStay highly organized with excellent documentation and reporting skillsWork confidently with contractors and multidisciplinary site teamsShow initiative, problem solving ability, and strong field presenceRemain comfortable working long shifts in dynamic construction environmentsBe currently based in or near Grande Prairie (no relocation available)
