We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team and work with one of our major banking clients.

Hybrid: 3 days a week (2 days a week in Downtown, 1 day a week in North York)

Key Responsibilities

Manual QA & Content Validation (Core Focus)

- End-to-End Testing: Author, manage, and execute detailed manual test cases, scripts, and plans tailored to web content updates, campaign integrations, and core banking portals.
- CMS & WEM Verification: Validate schemas, localization fields, workflow approvals, and preview components directly within Contentful and our WEM/WCM platforms. Ensure energetic content blocks assemble perfectly on frontend layouts without layout shifts or functionality breaks.
- API & Data Testing: Inspect JSON payloads from headless content endpoints using tools like Postman to ensure backend modifications map accurately to user-facing experiences.
- Defect Life Cycle: Identify, log,



and track software bugs and layout inconsistencies. Work directly with development teams to triage, root-cause, and re-test fixed environments.

Automation Testing

- Script Maintenance: Execute, maintain, and expand existing automated regression testing suites (e.g., using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Automation Migration: Identify high-value manual test cases (e.g., static page validation, repetitive forms) and systematically transition them to the automated pipeline to increase continuous testing efficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role, preferably within a bank, financial institution, or heavily regulated enterprise.
- Testing Proficiency: Exceptional strength in functional, system integration (SIT), UI/UX, cross-browser, cross-device, and regression testing methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of Canadian accessibility standards ( AODA / WCAG 2.1 ) for digital web properties.
- Experience within Contentful (headless architecture) and traditional Web Experience Management (WEM) / Web Content Management systems.
