We are seeking a dedicated Grill Cook to join our team at GLADIATOR BURGER & STEAK WATERLOO INC. in Canada. As a Grill Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious meals that meet our quality standards and contribute to our reputation for excellent food and service. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook burgers, steaks, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is cooked safely and maintained at proper temperatures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station.
Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Assist in food preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.




Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a grill cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Overnight availability for weekends is a must.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus.
