Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying natural treatments to various properties, primarily on treeline and lawns. Your expertise in handling spray equipment and tools will ensure high-quality finishe that meet safety and enviromental standards. This position offers an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced setting where precision, efficiency, and a proactive attitude are key to success.

Responsibilities
Operate spray equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized farm machinery, to apply natural product and efficiently.
Mix water, or other materials according to specified formulations and safety guidelines.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the spraying process to ensure consistent coverage and enviromental quality.
Maintain all spray tools and equipment through regular season, calibration, and troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
Follow safety protocols diligently by wearing appropriate gear and adhering to environmental regulations.




Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications
Proven experience with spray equipement applications
Skilled in using hand tools, power washers, and equipment related to spraying tasks.
Strong knowledge work ethics
Ability to read technical instructions and safety data sheets clearly and accurately.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control during application processes.
Good physical stamina for walking, bending, lifting equipment, and working in various weather conditions.(Mostly Sunny)
Effective communication skills for teamwork and reporting issues promptly. Must have good driver license record.
