Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
Supervise and support team members during shifts, delegating tasks efficiently to maintain high service standards
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling, preparation, and cleanliness protocols
Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing knowledgeable recommendations to guests
Oversee restaurant operations during your shift,



ensuring timely food delivery, guest satisfaction, and adherence to health regulations

Experience
Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is required
Strong knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
Proven ability in time management and multitasking under pressure
Experience in supervising or leading a team within the food industry is highly desirable
Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for cashiering and inventory management
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
Ability to handle cash accurately, perform food handling tasks safely, and assist in food preparation when needed

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
