Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are ready for service and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Organizing supplies, managing food handling procedures, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Help with cooking tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen managers, adhering to recipes and food safety guidelines
Maintain proper food handling practices to ensure hygiene and safety regulations are met at all times
Contribute to meal preparation during busy periods, supporting timely service for customers or guests
Ensure the kitchen area is organized, sanitized, and stocked with necessary tools and ingredients
Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature control,



and sanitation procedures

Skills
Proven experience (MINIMUM 3 YEARS REQUIRED IN A HIGH VOLUME KITCHEN) with a solid understanding of kitchen operations
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and best practices in meal preparation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration under pressure
Basic cooking skills with an understanding of food industry standards
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
Flexibility to work varied shifts during peak seasons, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
