We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare Worker to join our team. This role involves providing a protected, nurturing, and engaging workplace for children in our care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, strong caregiving skills, and experience working with young children, including those with special needs. Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor children during play, learning activities, and rest periods to ensure safety at all times
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
Prepare meals & snacks appropriate to each child’s age.
Assist children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and personal hygiene
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages learning and creativity




Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Support children with disabilities or special needs by providing tailored care and assistance as required

Requirements
19+ mandatory
Completion of childcare specific courses or programs or willingness to complete prior to employment.
Prior experience working with young children is preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
References for Childcare experience is a must.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and caregiving best practices
Strong communication skills and the ability to work alone
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Certification in CPR/First Aid is mandatory or willingness to obtain certification.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
