Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on food preparation, sanitation, and creating a welcoming workplace for guests. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining food safety standards, and providing memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food safety procedures such as proper food handling and sanitation practices
Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales prospects




Support team members in various restaurant functions as needed

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Kitchen experience or restaurant background is advantageous
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards and food safety protocols
