The Impact You'll Make

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice our customers rely on. From offering expert advice on the right products to creating eye-catching displays, you’ll play a key role in making every shopping experience smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

What You'll Do
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to every customer.
Advise customers on appropriate merchandise and related items to meet their needs.
Process transactions accurately using our retail software.
Create and maintain attractive merchandising displays.
Assist with ticketing, replenishing merchandise, and cycle counting.
Perform occasional heavy lifting when moving products or assisting customers.
Be punctual, reliable,



and ready to contribute to a positive team environment.

What You'll Bring

Willingness to work every other Saturday (no late evenings or Sundays).
Comfort with occasional heavy lifting.
Experience in retail or customer service is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.
