NOW HIRING – GLAZING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / LEAD FOREMAN

We are looking for an experienced person with a robust background in the glazing trade who can help us bring in more commercial and residential work.

The ideal candidate has hands-on glazing experience and strong relationships within the construction and property management industry.

What we’re looking for:
Strong experience and knowledge of the glazing trade
Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings
Experience with commercial and residential glazing
Established relationships with strata corporations, property managers, general contractors, builders, and developers
Ability to generate leads and bring in new projects
Ability to identify upcoming repair, maintenance, renovation, and construction opportunities




Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and business-minded

This role is primarily focused on bringing in current work and growing the company, not scheduling or managing day-to-day operations.

We’re looking for someone who already understands the glazing industry and has the connections and experience to bring commercial and residential projects through the door.
