Experience
Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing board or regulatory authority
Prior experience or new grads delivering massage therapy in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for current graduates
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health histories
Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and clearly explain treatment plans
