Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation. This role requires solid mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Mechanic will play a vital role in minimizing downtime and ensuring safety standards are met across our facilities.

Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble components
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they cause breakdowns
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards
Assist in ordering parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance tasks




Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance procedures and efficiency

Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, and impact wrenches
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive communication skills to document work performed and collaborate effectively with team members
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks safely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$55.00 per hour
