Qualifications
Proven sales experience with a robust ability to build relationships and close sales.
Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.
Fluent Malayalam speaking ability is highly preferred.
RIBO-licensed candidates are an even stronger asset.
If you don’t currently have your RIBO license but have the right sales and insurance background, we’re willing to support and help you work toward obtaining your RIBO license.
Strong knowledge of home, auto, and/or commercial insurance is an asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a sales workplace.
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, in person, and through digital channels.
Robust follow-up skills and the ability to turn leads into clients.
Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
