Receptionist – Driving Range (Golf Facility)

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at a busy driving range and golf training facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys golf, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a positive, active sports workplace.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience for all golfers and visitors. You will support daily operations at the front desk and assist with customer service, bookings, and general facility flow.

Key Responsibilities
Greet all guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression
Handle check-ins, bookings, and payments
Answer phone and email inquiries
Assist golfers with questions about the facility, programs, and services
Support staff with daily operations and organization
Maintain a clean and organized reception area




Help ensure smooth flow during busy peak hours

Basic computer and POS system experience (training provided)

Schedule

Flexible shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on facility needs

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
