Fibocolon helps HVAC and plumbing companies grow through guaranteed marketing services. We're looking for a motivated, commission-only sales rep to bring in current clients across the GTA.

Responsibilities:
Reach out to HVAC and plumbing companies (calls, in-person visits) to pitch our guaranteed marketing service
Travel to HVAC companies in the GTA to present and close deals in person when needed
Log every call/visit and outcome in our CRM
Send a daily activity report (who you contacted, outcomes, next steps)
Attend one weekly check-in meeting (Fridays)

What a day looks like:
Set your own hours and schedule — no fixed shift
Work through a list of pre-researched leads (we provide the research and materials)
Mix of phone outreach and in-person visits to close deals
Wrap the day with CRM notes + a short daily report

Compensation:
100% commission — $500–700 per signed client, paid on first payment
No cap on how many clients you can close




Top performers can realistically earn $2,000–3,000+/week

Requirements:
Must live in the GTA
Willing to travel to HVAC/plumbing companies for in-person presentations
Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
Passionate and self-motivated — this is commission-only, so drive matters more than experience
Knowledge of the construction trades industry is a plus, not required
