Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to support our team in maintaining and enhancing our agricultural and landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks related to irrigation, horticulture, and general maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of farm machinery and equipment. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a energetic environment, contributing to the health and productivity of our land and all of our crops from planting to harvesting

Responsibilities
Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems
Support horticultural activities including planting, pruning, and soil preparation
Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Use hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks
Perform heavy lifting of materials, equipment, or supplies as needed
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and infrastructure to identify issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas




Follow safety protocols during all operations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, farm machinery, and irrigation techniques is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with horticulture or landscaping is a plus but not required
Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely
Robust understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods
Willingness to learn new skills related to maintenance and agricultural practices
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
Must be legal to work in Canada

This position provides valuable hands-on experience in agricultural operations, maintenance, and equipment handling within a supportive work workplace.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
