Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the store is organized and inviting
Address customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills
Support inventory management through merchandising, stock replenishment,



and product organization

Requirements
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases
Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales is preferred
Solid communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features effectively
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
Bilingual proficiency (English plus another language) is a plus for serving a broad clientele
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and positive demeanor
