Job Description

This is not a sales position. Your role will be to introduce families to our educational programs and collect their contact information for follow-up by our consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Independently plan and choose neighbourhoods, apartment complexes, and business areas for lead generation.
Engage with parents/guardians of school-aged children in a professional and approachable manner.
Collect 10+ qualified leads per day (name, phone number, and email).
Accurately record and report lead details at the end of each shift.
Represent the company with positivity, professionalism, and respect within the community.





Schedule & Compensation
$10 for every qualified lead
+$25 bonus when the lead books AND completes their appointment
Paid weekly

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Previous canvassing, field marketing, or customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
Comfortable working outdoors and approaching families
Organized and reliable with attention to detail when recording leads

Must be able to work evenings and weekends if needed
Must be able to travel anywhere across the GTA

Work Location

On the road — canvassing in various neighborhoods and community areas.
