As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Talent Coordinator who is passionate about people, culture, and organizational success.This is an opportunity to work closely with leaders across the business, support employee engagement, and help build the teams that drive our future.Primary Responsibilities:Source and attract top talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, Indeed, company ATS, and industry connectionsBuild talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needsPartner in recruitment administration: job postings, ATS management, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, candidate communication, interviewing, and references.Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and related logistics as needed.Coordinate onboarding administration and preparation.Additional Responsibilities:Support employee engagement, workplace culture,
