We are looking for skilled CNC Set-Up Operators for a challenging role to efficiently and safely setup and operate CNC equipment to machine high-quality components for Stream-Flo's products.Duties Include:Responsible to ensure product quality meets drawing specificationStamp machinist's ID on all pieces and re-stamp and/or mark heat numbers on pieces when heat numbers have been removed by machiningIdentify machining non-conformances by separation and/or markingMaintain machines, equipment and work stationsFollow work order and process traveler requirements and fill out job sheets or record time using ERP systemReport all machine, crane and hoist problems in the proper maintenance logs and notify Maintenance Department and/or Supervisor/Lead Hand of a down time situationContribute to the continuous improvement of an operation or processPerform other related duties as assignedPreferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:Relevant CNC post-secondary certificate/diploma1 to 2 years of previous related work experience operating a CNC lathe,Experience with part tolerance with +/-.002Self-motivated, able to prioritize and possess strong organizational skillsAbility to identify and understand tooling,
