The Estimator plans and coordinates to fill gaps in our master construction schedule. Additionally, Estimators support active construction projects by providing estimates on changes as they relate to extra work or changes in scope. Estimators must understand how to effectively use workplace technology such as Bid2Win, Bluebeam, and MS Project for the review of construction drawings, specifications, quantity take-offs, and scheduling.
