This role ensures propane systems operate safely and efficiently while supporting robust customer relationships and identifying service opportunities.What You'll DoInstall, service,



and maintain propane appliances and storage equipmentDiagnose and repair heating and propane systems from multiple manufacturersRespond to scheduled service calls and participate in on-call rotationsPlan and complete service work efficiently and safelyProvide excellent customer service and explain repairs or maintenance performedIdentify opportunities to promote Avenir Energy products and servicesComplete required service documentation and reportsFollow all company safety procedures and conduct site hazard assessmentsPerform regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliabilityWhat You BringG2 certification required, with willingness to obtain LP endorsement within 18 monthsMinimum 2 years of service technician experienceAdditional trade certifications (e.G., air conditioning, sheet metal) considered an assetStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage service schedules effectiveLyValid driver's license with a clean driving record (DZ license considered an asset)Commitment to safety and regulatory complianceWorking ConditionsField-based work at residential and commercial customer sitesOutdoor work in varying weather conditionsParticipation in scheduled on-call rotations and regional travelAvenir Energy is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible hiring process.
