HDR is hiring a Strategic Communications Team Lead to enhance stakeholder relationships and public engagement efforts in Western Canada. This role plays a vital part in supporting various engineering and development projects.As a Strategic Communications Manager, you will lead HDR's initiatives in stakeholder and Indigenous engagement, ensuring robust communication strategies for complex projects in infrastructure fields. You'll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams,
fostering relationships and driving practice growth across the region.Key Responsibilities:Lead the advancement of Strategic Communications across Western Canada's sectorsFormulate strategic communications and public engagement approachesCounsel project teams on relationship management and engagement strategiesDirect public engagement sessions and develop supportive materialsMentor Strategic Communications professionals within HDRRequirements:Minimum 10 years of relevant communications experienceProven leadership in project and client relationship managementComprehensive knowledge of Indigenous rights and consultation mandatesStrong communication and facilitation skillsSelf-starter adept at network building and strategy executionHarness your expertise to strategically enhance HDR's communication efforts and engage with communities across Western Canada.
