Bottoms Bar & Grill – Sun Peaks, BC

Bottoms is looking for a couple solid servers to jump in for winter and roll with us into summer if it's a fit.

We're not a quiet dining room. We're busy, loud (in a good way), and things move quick — especially when the hill dumps and the bar's three deep. If you like that pace, you'll love it here. If you don't… this probably isn't your spot.

The Role
$18.25/hour + tips
28–35 hours/week
Winter season, with opportunity to stay on for summer
Days, nights, weekends — whatever the week throws at us

What You'll Be Doing
Running a full section in a high-volume setting
Keeping service tight when things get busy (which is often)
Taking orders, running food, handling payments
Working closely with bar + kitchen to keep things flowing
Making sure guests have a great time — simple as that

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years North American serving experience




Comfortable moving fast and staying organized under pressure
Good with people — regulars, tourists, families, party crowd
Team-first attitude (we all jump in when needed)
Can keep your cool when it's slammed

Requirements
Serving It Right
Able to be on your feet for long periods
Able to carry trays and handle a busy floor

Accommodation
This position does not include staff accommodation
We only interview candidates who have already secured their own accommodation for the winter season
