Duties
Safely operate Class 1 commercial trucks to transport freight across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load, secure, and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with company standards
Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and freight movements
Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate freight handling and ensure productive loading/unloading processes




Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime during deliveries
Follow all safety protocols and report any incidents or hazards promptly

Requirements
Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proven experience in commercial driving and freight transportation
Ability to operate forklifts, heavy equipment, and perform basic automotive repairs
Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy vehicle operation and freight handling
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and load securing
Physical ability to lift heavy loads, climb in/out of trucks, and perform manual tasks as needed
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and dispatchers

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
