Lotus Industrial is looking for skilled and experienced CNC Lathe Operators to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. We are looking to add to a team that values safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork in a production-focused manufacturing setting.

Role Responsibilities
Operate CNC lathes in accordance with production requirements
Manufacture parts to company specifications and quality standards
Meet or exceed production schedules and weekly manufacturing goals
Perform and document in-process quality checks using measuring tools and gauges
Monitor machine performance and maintain production efficiency
Be part of a work setting that promotes safety, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement
Make recommendations to supervisors to improve productivity, safety, and quality




Follow all safety programs and procedures with due care and attention for yourself and your coworkers
Maintain accurate production records and support efficiency tracking
Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Perform other duties as assigned

Role Requirements
Minimum 3 years of CNC machining or CNC operating experience
Experience operating CNC lathes
High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
Strong understanding of measuring tools and quality inspection processes
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation
Steel toe safety boots required
Safety glasses required
First Aid certification is considered an asset
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
