We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create high-quality customized designs on a variety of fabric products. Your expertise will ensure precision, efficiency, and consistency in every embroidered piece, contributing to the overall excellence of our products. Duties
Set up and calibrate embroidery machines according to specific design specifications and production requirements
Operate multiple embroidery machines simultaneously, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal downtime
Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design specifications
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to prevent malfunctions
Maintain accurate production records, including job logs and quality reports




Collaborate with design teams and warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of embroidered items

Qualifications
Prior experience in embroidery highly preferred
Familiarity with embroidery machines, software, or related equipment is a plus
Robust attention to detail with an eye for precision and quality control
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently under deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly
Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and repetitive tasks during shifts
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols
Must be comfortable working an afternoon shift 3pm to 11pm
