Job Title: Heavy Duty Cleaner
Location: Toronto, ON(Condominium Building)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a residential condominium in North York. This role is essential to ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells.
Perform floor care duties (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing).
Garbage and recycling removal.
Clean and sanitize washrooms and high-touch surfaces.
Operate cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers and vacuums.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:
Previous heavy-duty cleaning experience preferred.




Ability to operate cleaning equipment (training can be provided).
Robust attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Reliable and punctual.
