About the Role

Heartwell Home Care Services Inc. is looking for a PPC & Google Ads Consultant with a strong background in the home care, senior care, or related healthcare industry.

We are seeking a consultant to provide strategic guidance and industry-specific insight on our Google Ads campaigns. The role will focus on campaign analysis, recommendations, and ongoing consultation rather than day-to-day account management.

Areas of Focus

The consultant will provide advice and recommendations regarding:
Google Ads budgets and budget allocation
Keyword research and targeting
Search-term analysis and negative keywords
Campaign structure
Geographic targeting
Ad messaging
Bidding strategies
Conversion tracking
Lead quality and cost per lead
Landing pages and conversion optimization
Overall PPC strategy

We are particularly interested in industry-specific insight into effective PPC strategies for home care businesses, including common challenges, opportunities, and considerations when developing and optimizing campaigns.

Who We’re Looking For




Hands-on experience managing Google Ads/PPC campaigns
Background working with home care, senior care, healthcare, or similar local service businesses
Robust understanding of Google Search Ads and lead generation
Knowledge of keyword research, search-term analysis, and negative keywords
Ability to review campaigns and provide explicit, actionable recommendations
Solid communication and analytical skills

Experience with private-pay home care and the Ontario/GTA market would be an asset.
