The ideal candidate loves working with guests in one on one settings and in large groups, has solid communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn the industry/our products, and is a true team player. The basis of this role revolves around an engaging sales envoirnment where our consultants host, educate and promote our wines.

With a focus on guest experience, the chosen candidate will also be expected to introduce guests to our Bella Terra Wine Club, utilize current sales/promotions, and sell our estate grown products.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Pour wine tastings and provide recommendations to customers
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
Stock shelves and merchandise products
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:




Strong verbal communication and sales skills
Organizational skills
Smart Serve is required

Existing wine knowledge is preferred but not required.
