Job description:

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with check-in and preparation for their escape room experience.
Provide explicit instructions on game rules, safety guidelines, and story backgrounds to players.
Monitor games to ensure smooth operation and provide hints when requested.
Reset rooms to their original state promptly and accurately after each session.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including game rooms and common areas.
Handle inquiries, and customer concerns in a skilled manner, both in-person and via phone or email.
Support promotional events and other activities as needed.

Requirements:
Full - Time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
A passion for creating fun and memorable experiences for customers.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40.5 per week
