Responsibilities
Assist with the daily care and maintenance of greenhouse plants, including watering, pruning, sticking cuttings, seeding and transplanting.
Operate irrigation systems efficiently to ensure proper watering schedules and plant hydration.
Use hand tools such as pruners to support plant health and growth.
Perform heavy lifting tasks involving bags of soil, pots, or plant trays to support planting and transplanting activities.




Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse to promote healthy growth settings.

Qualifications
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic math skills.
Enthusiasm for working in controlled indoor environments dedicated to plant growth.
At least 2 years of work experience in a greenhouse setting required. Horticultural education is an asset. Training will be provided.
