Duties
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments using approved methods and equipment
Prepare sterilization packs and ensure proper labeling for easy identification
Monitor sterilization cycles to confirm all procedures meet safety standards and manufacturer instructions
Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, including logs and quality assurance documentation
Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying staff of low stock levels
Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure patient safety
Collaborate with dental team members to ensure all instruments are available and ready for procedures





Qualifications
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental procedures and infection control practices
Prior experience in a dental or medical sterilization setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict sterilization procedures
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork within a healthcare environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
