Answer all incoming calls within three rings
Schedule sales appointments and manage follow-ups
Update and enter customer data accurately
Communicate effectively with clients and staff
Meet or exceed monthly appointment goals Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Robust communication and customer service skills
Prior customer service experience is essential
