The preferred candidate will

-be a leader and team player whose main concern will be the well being and success of the dental office

-have exceptional communication skills (verbal, phone, written)

-have a thorough understanding of dental procedures and health implications of treatment vs non-treatment

-be a highly organized and effective multitasker

-have 5+ years experience working in an Ontario dental office

Responsibilities

-welcoming patients and ensuring they are comfortable

-answering phones using impeccable phone etiquette

-booking appointments

-collecting payments
contacting dental insurances





-running day ends and ensuring totals are balanced

-managing A/R

-activating late unscheduled or dormant patients The successful candidate will be solely responsible for running the front desk. They must be able to work independently
