In your role as Human Resources Generalist, you'll support the HR needs within Nature’s Fare Markets and Choices Markets through a hands-on approach. Collaborating with store managers and operational leaders, you’ll streamline HR functions, provide solid administrative support, and enhance employee experiences while ensuring compliance with HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide store and department leaders on employee issues
Issue and maintain employment and onboarding documentation




Coordinate recruitment and employee status changes
Support HR reporting and advantage administration

Requirements:
Valid CPHR designation required
At least 3 years of HR generalist experience
Robust organizational skills and detail orientation
