In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare specialists while reporting to the Health Services Manager. Your responsibilities will include conducting psycho-social assessments, delivering clinical counseling to residents and families, and leading educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate residents' needs

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
BC College of Social Workers registration required
