Outbound Operations CoordinatorWe're a high-growth cat CPG brand looking for an Outbound Operations Coordinator to handle the day-to-day mechanics of order fulfillment across our B2B retail and DTC channels. You'll report to the Manager of Outbound Fulfillment and be the person keeping orders moving and issues resolved on the ground.The RealityOrder queues need daily attention — nothing falls through the cracks on your watchSLAs are tight, and missed ones have real cost (chargebacks, unhappy partners/customers)Warehouse issues (short shipments, mislabels, delays) need fast, clear follow-upYou'll be the first line of response before issues escalated to the managerWhat You'll Actually DoProcess outbound orders across all channels: manage Shopify, EDI and manual order flows for B2B and DTC, driving partner-specific complianceManage daily order queues across B2B and DTC channels, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time and resolving issues before they delay fulfillmentMaintain order cleanliness across systems such as 3PL, SPS and Shopify; investigate and close out orders that haven't auto-completedMonitor SLAs and fulfillment timelines,



flagging exceptions such as orders with no carrier scan in 2+ weeks or orders shipped 7+ days ago with no deliveryWork closely with the warehouse to resolve order issues: shortages, mislabels, delays, damages, lost packages, etc.Respond to Care team inquiries related to order status and fulfillment issuesTrack and log recurring issues to help identify process improvementsCommunicate order status and issues clearly to internal teams and, when needed, retail partnersSupport order returns processing, when applicableRequirements2+ years experience in operations support, outbound logistics, or a related fieldComfortable working in fast-paced, detail-heavy environmentsFamiliarity with order management or EDI systemsExperience with ShipBob, Shopify, Cin7 or similar OMS/WMS platforms is a plusAnalytical focus, with a tendency to look for proactive solutions to problemsStrong communication skills and comfort following up with multiple teamsOrganized, proactive, and able to prioritize under shifting demandsPersonality FitDetail-oriented, responsive, organized, a clear communicator, and comfortable with repetitive but high-stakes transactional work.CompensationCompetitive salary + perks.
