In this role, you'll build lasting partnerships with buyers, energize our regional sales reps, and bring collections to life at trade shows.The PositionYou'll take the lead on sales and growth for your brands, developing new business while strengthening relationships with existing accounts. You'll also oversee brand operations, from samples through to shipping, with a Brand Assistant supporting day-to-day administration.Working directly with our Managing Director, you'll plan around a seasonal market calendar and manage multiple selling seasons at once. order entry, and system dataOversee seasonal NuORDER line sheets so reps and buyers can order without delaysOwn order flow and forecasting, from new customers and reorders to in-season buysManage vendor relationships with overseas suppliers on product, timing, and pricingKeep sales reporting on track with current scorecards and booking numbersWhat We Are Looking For3+ years of fashion sales experience, ideally women's apparel, with trade show and key account experienceA robust track record of building customer relationships and growing accountsConfidence presenting collections and connecting with buyers at trade showsA positive, proactive approach and the ability to bring energy to a rep teamComfort with the administrative side of brand management, including ERP and B2B platforms.Experience with AIMS360 and NuORDER is an asset.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, especially with Excel and Google Sheets. Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, and Canva are assets.Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationThe ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlinesAvailability to travel within Canada and the US for trade shows and customer visits, including some weekend trade shows.
