Certified in use of all required equipmentSkilled in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hydraulics,



pneumatic and mechanical equipment problemsCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to work at heights up to 40 feet using Scissor-lifts and laddersWorking knowledge of lathe, milling machine, grinder and hand toolsWorking knowledge of MIG/TIG weldingDemonstrated experience in working in a fast paced team environmentMust have valuable communication skills (verbal and written)Demonstrated ability to work effectively with othersMust be physically fitProblem solving, job task planning and organizing, continuous learning and improvementexperience working in a food related environment in a maintenance capacity433A Industrial Millwright license3 to 5 years' experience in a maintenance role is an asset
