Position SummaryUnder the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Valet Attendant at Eldorado Resort serves as a guest liaison and ambassador for both hotel and non-hotel services. They are an information center for our guests, regardless of whether inquiries concern in-hotel or off-premises attractions, facilities, services, or activities. The Valet Attendant knows how to provide concise and accurate directions. They are responsible for providing courteous, prompt, professional and attentive guest service meeting hotel standards at all times.What will you be doing?You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:Parking and retrieving guest vehiclesAssisting guests in removing or loading luggage into their vehicleBeing knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and services, and promoting and directing guests to these areasBeing knowledgeable of the Kelowna area and able to give directions to guests on how to find locations in the cityMaintaining a high level of customer service and professionalismKeeping the lobby,
