Based primarily in Elgin, you will lead and support a team of Personal Assistants to deliver protected, person-centred support, while collaborating with the Service Manager to continuously improve services.The role requires leading staff, conducting appraisals, managing rosters, and ensuring high-quality care with safeguarding in mind. Flexibility to travel across Moray and participate in on-call duties is expected.
