Maintaining a clean, organized operation. Early start, late finish,



weekend work when required to keep production on track.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive purchased products and verify against purchase order requirementsReceive customer-supplied products and verify against customer requirementsGenerate packing slips, calculate weights, determine dimensionsEnsure shipments are packaged according to customer requirementsCoordinate shipments with customers and carriersMaintain daily shipping logMaintain shipping supply inventoryWork in accordance with the quality management system ASME/ABSAWork in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable recordsMaintain production flowAssist with cutting pipe to required length using a bandsaw/plasma cutterWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED equivalentPost-secondary education in mechanical or engineering technology is considered an assetMinimum 2 years of computer experienceExperience with receiving shipping, inspection and testing, traceability, nonconformance management, corrective and preventive actions, document control, records management, and production flow processesValid forklift certificationExperience cutting pipes to required lengths using a bandsaw or plasma cutter is considered an assetExperience with heavy equipment, including loaders, telehandlers and overhead cranes considered an assetKnowledge of ASME / ABSA standardsFamiliarity with pipe grades, schedules, flange, and fittings is considered an assetThank you for your interest in Advanced Flow Systems.
