Buff WAXSPOT is seeking an dedicated and passionate Receptionist who can take on the role of a Client Experience Specialist. While this role includes traditional receptionist work such as booking client appointments, taking client payments, and ordering supplies, we’re looking for someone who is confident, outgoing, and proactive with exceptional customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with clients.

We are looking for a Receptionist in each of our locations: Ellerslie, Skyview and Sherwood Park

Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 12pm-8pm and Saturdays, 9am-5pm

Role Responsibilities:

- Display excellent customer service skills and a solid focus on client experience
- Scheduling and rebooking client appointments




- Meet sales targets with membership sales, package sales and product sales
- Inventory management and supply ordering
- Ability to read a spreadsheet, filling out numbers, KPIs, and metrics
- Use booking software such as Zenoti and Google Drive

Role Requirements:

- A valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
- A confident and outgoing personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Sales experience
- Motivated and detail-oriented.
- A passion for beauty and/or waxing.
- Maintain a business-appropriate appearance
