YWCA Calgary is seeking a Recovery Support Worker to provide individualized, recovery-focused support to women in our Transitional Housing program. You will help develop recovery service plans, deliver both 1:1 and group addiction-focused support, and connect clients with community services aligned with their goals.
Based on a cooperative, multidisciplinary team approach, you will support stability, enhance recovery, and assist with discharge planning and long-term housing success.
