Above and Beyond Care's Recreation & Wellness Manager will lead the planning, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of our recreation, wellness and community-access programme across ABCS residences, Ability Centre and community settings.
You will ensure person-centred, outcome-driven activities aligned with ISP/BSP strategies, manage staffing and safety, and build partnerships to expand meaningful participation and quality of life for clients.
