Duties

- Install formwork

- Work safely, cleanly and efficiently in Industrial and Commercial settings

- Install rebar

- Wood framing

- Interior finishes

- Blocking foundations for modular buildings

- Concrete foundations

- Frame ramps, decks, and stairs

- Exterior finished

Requirements

- Must have a Red Seal carpentry ticket

- Must be able to read and interpret plans

- Must be able to work unsupervised

- Ability to work with a team

- Ability to work with and mentor apprentices

- Ability to take direction

- Ability to follow health and safety rules

- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen

- Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Willingness to work out of town is an asset

- Must be local to Kamloops and Area

Shifts

- Monday through Friday on some projects





- 14 and 7 on other projects

- 21 and 7 on other projects

Compensation & Benefits:

- Paid travel

- Paid accommodation when applicable

- Overtime paid over eight hours a day after forty straight-time hours in a week

Location note

- Some jobs are remote, though the company is based in Kamloops.

Pay: $37.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 – 70.0 per week
