and organized work areas.Communicate equipment issues and repair recommendations to management.Support and provide guidance to apprentices and other technicians.Stay current with new technology and repair practices.What You'll Bring6+ years of relevant truck, trailer, fleet, or heavy-duty equipment experience.Journeyperson/Red Seal certification is an asset.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.CVIP and On-Road/Off-Road experience are assets.Robust commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experienced unlicensed technicians may be considered with 6 years of applicable experience within the last 10 years, including 10,800 hours and 70% of the trade scope.Pre-employment requirements include a criminal record check, education verification, and reference checks.
