This role is critical to ensuring vehicles move efficiently between IRCs, production queues, and wholesale capture points. You will own day-to-day execution, build structure where needed, and act as the on-floor decision maker to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role means building a reliable, scalable shuttle operation where vehicles are moved safely, efficiently, and on time—supported by strong processes, clear accountability, and a high-performing team.What You'll be DoingLead, coach, and manage a team of 20+ shuttlers across multiple locationsOwn daily shuttle operations, ensuring vehicles are moved on time and aligned with wholesale prioritiesAct as the on-floor decision maker,
