Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting both interior and exterior surfaces, using a variety of materials and techniques. The foreman will be responsible for coordinating crew, managing schedule, completion of safety documents, attending look ahead forecast meetings as well as preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying paint to various surfaces in a safe and effective manner.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with office regarding project budgets, man power and schedulingCommunicate with client superintendent to coordinate jobs accordinglyPrepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and primingApply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers,



or spray equipmentEnsure that painting equipment is clean and in good working orderCommunicate with clients to understand their needs and preferencesKeep work areas clean and tidyAdhere to all safety standards and regulationsRequirementsProven experience as a painter foreman on commercial projectsExperience running crewsKnowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniquesAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyPhysical ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and move up to 50lbsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as neededValid driver's license and reliable transportationIf you are an experienced foreman with a passion for delivering high-quality results and excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Type: Full-timePay: $27.00-$33.00 per hourExperiencepainting: 5 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
